1. What Data We Collect

When you use aesthetiFace, the following data is involved:

• Your uploaded photo — used solely for facial proportion analysis during your current session.
• Extracted facial landmark coordinates — generated in your browser by our face detection engine and sent to our server for deeper analysis.
• Basic usage analytics — page views, feature usage, and session duration, collected via an anonymous analytics service.
• Error reports — if something goes wrong, Our error monitoring service captures technical error details (browser info, error messages) to help us fix bugs. It does not receive your photo.
• No account registration is required. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier through normal use of the tool.

2. How We Process Your Photo

Photo processing happens in two stages:

• In-browser detection — Our face detection engine runs entirely in your browser. Your photo is analysed locally to extract facial landmark coordinates. During this step, your image does not leave your device.
• Server-side analysis — Extracted landmark coordinates, the image aspect ratio, and your selected styling profile are sent to our server. The server runs the full analysis pipeline (Three Courts, Five Eyes, Golden Ratio, Symmetry, face shape classification, feature measurements, and styling suggestions) and returns the results to your browser. Your photo is not included in this request.
• Paid practical styling plan — After payment, aesthetiFace assembles the plan inside its own backend from matched styling directions and reviewed guidance. It does not use an external model or add another third-party processor. The composition step receives only the selected language and styling profile, matched styling directions, an optional one-tap refinement, and controlled indicators for information we do not know; it does not receive the photo, landmarks, detailed facial measurements, confidence values, or quality flags. Plans are recomposed when requested and are not stored. If you submit helpful/not-helpful feedback, only the analysis ID, an opaque plan ID, that rating, and its update time are stored until the associated premium record is revoked or deleted.

3. Data Retention

Your photo is processed locally and is not sent to or stored by our server. Your photo and analysis results may be saved locally in your browser—including across sessions—so you can reopen recent reports on this device; you can delete them anytime from the home screen. To provide optional premium access and payment, we may retain a limited record derived from the analysis. Unpaid records are removed on a rolling schedule, normally within 48 hours; completed transaction records may be retained as required for payment support, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

aesthetiFace uses browser storage to save your language preference and recent session results. Our analytics service may set a cookie for usage measurement. Display advertising is currently disabled; if it is enabled after approval, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before personalized ads are used.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

We may use third-party advertising services to support the operation of this site. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers or use social media tracking tools.

• Anonymous analytics — Product usage statistics (page views, feature usage). This service does not receive your photo.
• Error monitoring — Crash reporting and bug tracking. It is configured not to receive your photo or default personal information; technical error details may still be sent so failures can be diagnosed.
• Face detection — The face detection model runs locally in your browser. No data is sent to any third party during detection.

6. Your Rights

We do not store your photo on our server or create user accounts. Limited premium or transaction records may nevertheless be retained as described above. If a paid report remains in this browser, you can use ‘Delete stored premium data’ on its result page to delete the premium analysis context, practical-plan feedback, and local report; plans are recomposed and are not stored. Separately retained transaction records are not removed by that control. 7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
