aesthetiFace is an entertainment and educational tool. It analyses facial proportions using mathematical models derived from classical aesthetic theories (Three Courts, Five Eyes, Golden Ratio, facial symmetry). The scores, measurements, and styling suggestions provided are algorithmic outputs and do not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, cosmetic, psychological, or otherwise. Beauty is subjective and culturally diverse. Our results reflect mathematical proximity to specific historical ideals and should not be interpreted as judgements of attractiveness or personal worth.

3. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to upload and analyse any images you submit.
• You will not upload images of minors without proper parental or guardian consent.
• You will not upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• You will not use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and algorithms comprising the Service are the intellectual property of aesthetiFace or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express permission. Your uploaded photos remain your property; by uploading, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process them solely for the purpose of delivering your analysis.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or reliable. Analysis quality depends on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other variables outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, uptime, or uninterrupted operation of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aesthetiFace and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for emotional distress, lost profits, or reliance on analysis results.

7. Free Service & Changes

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, modify functionality, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are under no obligation to maintain, support, or update the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
